For restaurants, the requirements are:
1. ultra low-flush toilets (1.6 gallons or less)
2. 1.6 gpm pre-rinse spray nozzles with automatic shut-off trigger
3. high-temperature dishwashers or low-temperature dishwashers excluding "fill and dump" machines
4. self-closing, low-volume aerators on sinks (less than 1 gallon-per-minute)
5. air-cooled ice-makers (not water cooled)

For laundromats:

1. ultra low-flush toilets (1.6 gallons or less)
2. self-closing, low-volume aerators on sinks (less than 1 gallon-per-minute)
3. horizontal-axis washing machines
